Spacechem Enterprises has been successfully commissioned new Auto Welded H Beam in February 2010, which consists of CNC cutting machine, Assembling machine, Submerged arc welding & Straightening machine. It has separate operation of each single machine, which is more flexible with the requirements.

Brief Introduction of Individual Machines used for H-Beam manufacturing :
CNC Cutting Machine :- Numerical Control Cutting Machine. It has in series add nine straight-line cutting torches to cut along lengthwise direction. On other side, it has two torches for profile cutting as well as one set for bevel operation.

Automatic Assembling Machine :- This machine is applicable to symmetric and non-symmetric, variable section of H & T beam. This machine is mainly composed of draw bar centering system, roller conveyor, hydraulic system and electrical control system. Besides, two sets of CO2 gas shielded welding machines are well equipped for tacking while production.

Double Cantilever Submerged Welding Machine :- This machine adopts double arc and double wire submerged welding with high production quality. Machine is equipped with two groups of floating lead arc devices to get the welding wire in good position to welding seam. There are two groups of flux feeding devices and two groups of flux recycling devices.

Flange Straightening Machine :- It has a large scope of application and powerful working capacity. There are hydraulic drift rollers in the front and back of the main machine.
